Product Description
High-efficiency air (HEPA) filters mainly filter dust particles below 0.3um in the air, filtration efficiency is 99.999%~99.99999% (H10-H14),are widely used in the end filtration of clean rooms with higher level requirements, such as the equipment that requires 10,000, 1,000, and 100 levels. It is generally divided into non-partition high efficiency filter and high efficiency filters with partitions. The filter material of the non-partition high efficiency filter is mostly PP, PP+PET, glass fiber, and hot melt adhesive is used as the separator of the filter element, and the frame adopts the aluminum alloy. HEPA filters with partitions mostly use glass fiber as filter material, generally adopt the wooden frame, galvanized frame, aluminum alloy, stainless steel as frame.
